Delivery, Returns and Exchanges


Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of date of order through Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times are 3-5 working days after dispatch. This can be slightly longer around the Christmas period.

We currently only ship within the UK but will be adding worldwide in the near future.

Free delivery on all orders over £50.

If for any reason you would like to return your order, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please send us an email on

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We do not offer free postal returns. It is advisable to get proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage of returned items.

Once we have received your return and we have inspected the item, we will email you to notify you if your return has been approved.

We will refund the amount you paid for the item minus the 10% that is donated to charity to the original method of payment. Returns will be processed as quickly as possible however, please allow 7-10 working days to your return to be processed.

Please note:

  • We do not refund the 10% that is donated to charity.
  • We do not offer refunds on sale items.
  • We cannot refund postage.
  • We don’t offer free postal returns


Exchanges can only be made for different sizes or different colours of the same item or for a same priced item. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style then please request a refund following the process above and purchase the new style in a new order.

If you do want to exchange an item for a different size or colour, you can do so within 30 days of purchase. Please email us on  The same process applies as for refunds.

Faulty Products

We will offer a refund or an exchange (subject to availability) on any item purchased from our website if the item:

  • Has a genuine manufacturing fault; and/or,
  • Does not correspond with descriptions given to you.

Please note any refund for a faulty item must be credited to the original card or account used at the time of purchasing the item.

If your preference is an exchange of product, but we do not hold stock of the same type or size, we are able to offer you a refund or a store credit to the value of the original purchase price of the item.
